PAYMENT TERMS: All product purchases will be charged against the members designated credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover card. For other payment options please contact new4vets equipment concierge directly at 1-888-475-3064 Monday – Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am – 6:00 pm PT.

SHIPPING TERMS: New4Vets.com will ship products via best way, FOB shipping point. In most cases, orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS as our first choice. If an equipment order cannot be shipped via UPS or USPS special shipping rates may apply. All shipping costs are estimates. If any estimated shipping cost is lower than actual cost, the difference will be added to the purchaser’s credit card at time of shipping. Contact New4vets.com for further information.

ORDERING & SHIPPING TIMES: You may place your order at any time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All orders received will be processed and shipped within 21 days from date of order or sooner. While we will make every effort to ship orders within a 21 day time period above, we cannot guarantee this will happen. If a product cannot be shipped within the 21 day time period (excluding weekends), we will notify you of the delay and when they product is scheduled to ship.

BACKORDERS: All backorders will be shipped immediately upon receipt of goods. Items will not be cancelled unless specified by the purchaser by phone, fax, or e-mail. Customer will be notified if an item will be unavailable for more than 21 days.

RETURNS AND DAMAGES: If shortage or damage occurs please contact new4vets.com immediately. New4vets.com will accept any unopened product with good dating for return. We will not accept opened or expired merchandise without prior approval. Certain products will not be accepted for return. Contact new4vets.com customer service for clarification. The customer is responsible for shipping and insuring the products being returned. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply on all returned goods.

PRICES: All prices are subject to change without prior notification. Although we update prices every month, manufacturers may have price increases or decreases in the middle of our cycle. Please ask your new4vets.com representative to verify current prices. New4vets.com will offer the best prices available to all members who pay for their product purchases on time.

REFERRAL FEE: New4vets.com will pay any doctor bringing in a colleague who purchases a buying group membership a referral bonus in the form of a $100 credit towards any future purchase of equipment for a new doctor joining by submitting a credit card payment for a one-year membership in new4vets.com. This referral bonus is applicable for any doctor who demonstrates they were responsible for a new member joining the new4vets.com buying group. The new member has to simply fill in the “referred-by” box on the sign-up page. Once the new member’s credit card is processed we will notify the referring person via email and include a digital $100 voucher good on their next purchase.

NEW ACCOUNT PURCHASE LIMITS: There are no limits on purchases for new members. Purchases will be charged to the credit card on file as explained earlier.

MEMBERSHIP KIT: New accounts will receive a WELCOME e-mail containing their member log-in and password information immediately upon processing and acceptance of their credit card processing. There are no “membership cards” issued in order to make the use of new4vets.com more convenient and practical. Upon approval of your credit card payment, your new4vets.com membership begins immediately. Please visit www. DECLINING ORDERS: New4vets.com reserves the right to refuse an order at any time. Once an order has been processed and shipped it cannot be refused or returned without prior written approval from new4vets.com. If a product is damaged or does not meet the customer’s original order please contact new4vets.com at 1-888-475-3064 for resolution of the situation.

ORDER ACCURACY: New4vets.com is committed to fulfilling orders accurately and promptly. To that end, at least two people will be responsible for checking the status of an order. One person will check the contents of an order to ensure that it includes all necessary information to ensure proper processing. A second person will make sure that before an order is shipped that the product matches the original order specifications. If there is a discrepancy, two people will oversight the order and ensure that all criteria are met prior to shipping.

WARRANTY New4Vets, Inc. and/or new4vets.com does not warranty any products purchased from its website, tradeshows, or other venues. The only warranty of products sold is that offered and covered by the manufacturers warranty only.
